The developed by the company tool (a sterile dual-channel puncture needle with stylet for single use) allows putting into practice new and safe methods to treat common diseases such as popliteal cyst, breast cyst, liver and kidneys’ cysts. The advantages of these methods are: a minimum period of post-operative treatment, the early wound healing, no pain after the operation. Also important advantage of these operations is minimal risk of recurrence of cysts. The so far developed prototype is inferior in terms of comfort and aesthetic properties to medical tools of similar application, which hold leading positions in the world market. Therefore, the company is looking for a European partner capable to modify the ergonomics and design of the prototype and make specialized surgical instruments by the prototype provided. As a result of cooperation under the manufacturing agreement the company wished to obtain a prototype with improved ergonomic qualities, a pilot batch technical documentation required to register a new medical tool for production and sales purposes in the European Union.
