Description of the offer: The Russian company from Chelyabinsk researches the physics of magnetic phenomena. The team of the enterprise has developed a laboratory model of the cooling device based on the principle of magnetic refrigeration in the predetermined temperature span. The device consists of a rotor containing material with the magnetocaloric effect, which rotates in the magnetic field. As a result, the substance with the magnetocaloric effect contained in the disc, is at first included in the magnetic field, where its temperature rises, then exits from this area with the decreasing temperature of the material. If there is a cyclical process, a significant temperature gradient in the heat exchange takes place (up to 30 Kelvin degrees). The main engineering data of the laboratory sample are: - device dimensions – 30х20х20 cm; - engine power - 6W; - the diameter of the disc - 12 cm; - maximal magnetic field -1.9 T. Currently in the world there are about 40 laboratory prototypes, but there is no method of comparing them. At the moment, all the laboratory analogues vary in design, architecture, power and magnetic systems. As of 2015 all the laboratory analogues are at the research stage and are not yet put into production. The main specialty of the proposed system is the use of the original technical concept of installation and alloys of the proprietary development with high mechanical properties (reduction of frangibility while maintaining the value of the magnetocaloric effect). In comparison to the gas analogues the product has the following advantages: - reduction of energy consumption (by 30-40%); - reduced noise level (less than 20 dB). Currently the laboratory samples with the magnetocaloric effect of different makeups are produced. As part of the technical cooperation agreement the following activities are required from the potential partner: preparation and obtaining alloys, analysis, recognition of the magnetocaloric effect and the magnetic characteristics of the samples, analysis of the heating capacity, calculation and manufacture of the magnetic systems. The company in its turn will conduct the consulting and scientific management. The end result will be the creation of the industrial prototype ready for serial production.
