Advantages and Innovations: An innovative feature of the proposed technology is in the unique mathematical algorithm to process video stream and its transformation. This algorithm reduces requirements for video capture devices in terms of their maximum resolution and sensitivity. One of the key advantages is the fact that the teachers cooperated in development of the technology to make it adapted to their practical requirements. This system will allow: - to save costs for purchase of equipment for physical tests, chemical reagents, and so on; - to demonstrate certain hazard processes and experiments that cannot be carried out under normal conditions; - to reduce costs in creating of amusement arcades and salaries of personnel.

Description of the offer: The Russian company from the Republic of Mordovia established in 2011 to develop software in the field of image processing with the use of augmented reality technology and 3D-stereoscopy offers technology to create educational and learning complexes. The universal cross-platform software and hardware complex developed by the company at the forefront of modern technology of augmented reality, 3D-stereoscopy and contactless control. The complex allows spectacular presentation of products and services to revive the stationary objects, build the learning process, visualize hidden processes and phenomena, hold public entertainment shows with virtual objects and assist professionals to give additional information, etc. The basics of augmented reality technology is a system of optical tracking. This means that the video camera is the "eyes" of the system, while the markers are "hands". The camera detects markers in the real world, "brings" them into the virtual environment, imposes one layer of reality to another, and thus creates a world of augmented reality. Currently there are researches in this market with few technological solutions available (virtual reality helmets, augmented reality glasses, etc.). However, spreading this technology in the field of education is not sufficient due to expensiveness of the devices. The company has developed an image-processing algorithm to reduce the requirements for video transmission devices and their sensitivity significantly, which in turn may significantly reduce the costs of the use of this technology.At that, the scope of this technology application in creating learning systems and training simulators is expanded significantly. Simplified use of the expensive devices and replacing them with the affordable ones (smartphones, tablets, computers) allows for using the technology almost everywhere. The main areas of application of software and hardware systems: schools, colleges and universities (physics, chemistry, astronomy, biology, etc.), specialized training (development of training simulators for air transport, rail, water and road transport), advertising, navigation, entertainment (creating games and interactive movies). The augmented reality technology requires using of the following components: - Graphic station. It can be a mobile phone, laptop, personal computer, graphics workstation with a professional graphics card. - Display. Screen phone, television, monitor, mono or stereo display, projection display. - Camera. It allows to get an "impression" of the real world from the camera and special software superimposes virtual objects on it. Labels or markers. - Software. Mathematical algorithms that allow the camera to see and recognize the labels (marker) in the surrounding area, and then to determine which software model is "bound" to the label. The company offers cooperation for European partners, with expertise in the industry and ready to use the technology for development of educational and entertainment software and hardware systems based on technical co-operation. Results of technical cooperation may include joint development of training software and hardware systems and their adaptation to specific national educational standards. As part of the joint venture design, implementation and support of such complexes embedded in specific customers, their quick adaptation to changing conditions are possible.
