Description of the offer: The Bulgarian SME has long-term experience in the research and development of various innovative engineering solutions. The company has been awarded for being innovative several times on national and international level. The innovative bodies have the same volume and mass, as currently used spheres. They have a near spheroidal tetrahedron shape. This body is composed of 4 parts of spheres, having about 2.1 times larger radius then the radius of spheres of equal volume. Thus, the new milling body has 9.4% greater outer surface compared to a sphere of equal mass and volume. The larger outer surface results in more efficient grinding / milling. The four spherical areas form 6 curved edges and 4 s. These edges and s increase the productivity of fragmentation of larger particles by at least 100%. This is because of the combined milling body - 4 grinding spherical surfaces and 10 breaking elements - 6 edges and 4 s. Breaking of larger chunks by spherical surfaces (up to now) damage those surfaces sooner, which requires more frequent replenishment. The new grinding body with edges and vertices ensure a new higher level of the ball mill processing.
